Shipping policy:
If you place an order before 10.00 am, we will aim to dispatch the product within the day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on FOLLOWING Monday.
If you’ve already placed your order, but it hasn’t arrived or amend is needed, please do give us a call +6012-538 9239 or email kmbres@kmb.net.my and we will endeavor to help resolve any problem.
Return/Refund policy:
All products sold by KMB Resources Sdn Bhd are quality products. However, should you receive a product is faulty, please do contact us and let us know details of the problem. We will discuss the items and decide on the necessary action as detailed below.
Our return and refund policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Therefore, please does checking after you receive the products. Thank you.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase with photo. Please do not directly send it back to us WITHOUT return authorization.
We will replace a product or provide a refund, if:
- You receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
- You receive a product that has been damaged in transit
We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or abuse
Delivery schedule and costs:
We calculate shipping charges using the carrier software based on shipping zip code and total weight. To view your shipping costs, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process.
Buy Online and Pick Up in Store/Office
Our office offers you the convenience of placing an order online and subsequently picking up your items at our office without long wait. Shop online anytime anywhere and choose time that you want to pick up. We will prepare before you reach.
*** Stock pickup is subject to stock availability and office’s normal operating hours. Email will be sending after orders are ready to pick up. Please alert or pay attention for your mailbox. Most orders will be ready within three hours. However, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring preparation or large orders.
