Shipping policy:

For your information, if you place an order before 11.15 am, we will aim to dispatch the product within the day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on FOLLOWING Monday. If you require a special delivery, such as next day delivery, please call to our office and provide us your orders ID to faster the tracking.

If you’ve already placed your order, but it hasn’t arrived or amend is needed, please do give us a call +605-3229239 or email us kmbres@kmb.net.my and we will endeavor to help resolve any problem.

All orders of RM 850 or more within the West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) qualify for free standard shipping/economic shipping by the courier of our choice.

Return/Refund policy:

All products sold by KMB Resources Sdn Bhd are quality products. However, should you receive a product is faulty, please do contact us and let us know details of the problem. We will discuss the items and decide on the necessary action as detailed below.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Therefore, please does checking after you receive the products. Thank you!

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please do not directly send it back to us without prior notification.

We will replace a product or provide a refund, if:

• You receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
• You receive a product that has been damaged in transit

We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse or abuse

Delivery schedule and costs:

We calculate shipping charges using the carrier software based on shipping zip code, total weight and dimensions of your order. To view all of your shipping options and costs, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process. Available shipping options will be displayed for your selection.

 

Buy Online and Pick Up in Store/Office

Our office offers you the convenience of placing an order online and subsequently picking up your items at our office without long wait. Shop online anytime anywhere and choose time that you want to pick up. We will prepare before you reach.

*** Stock pickup is subject to stock availability and office’s normal operating hours. Please alert or pay attention for your mailbox. Most orders will be ready within two hours. However, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring preparation or large orders.
